If you or anyone in your group has a food allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, please read this information carefully and make a member of staff aware before ordering or consuming any food or drink.
Please note: Our kitchen handles products containing Milk, Wheat (Gluten), Soya, Sesame and other common allergens. Although we take reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, our kitchens are not allergen-free environments and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of any allergen.
Standard Pizza
11″ Classic Margherita Pizza (V)
WHEAT flour type ‘0’, tomato pulp, mozzarella cheese (pasteurised MILK, salt, bacterial cultures, vegetarian rennet), water, durum WHEAT semolina, salt, extra virgin olive oil, sourdough, yeast and oregano.
Allergens: Wheat (Gluten), Milk
Gluten Free / Vegan Pizza
Pizza Base: Water, tapioca starch, rice flour, maize starch, rapeseed oil, psyllium husk powder, yeast, sugar, buckwheat flour, thickeners (xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), salt and pea protein.
Dairy Free Sheese: Water, coconut oil, modified potato starch, gluten free oat* fibre, maize starch, salt, modified maize/potato starch, thickeners (carrageenan, guar gum), natural flavouring, acidity regulators (tricalcium citrate, lactic acid, sodium lactate) and colour (carotenes).
Marinated Semi-Dried Cherry Tomato Halves: Cherry tomatoes, rapeseed oil, salt, oregano and garlic.
Tomato Sauce: Tomato purée, water, salt, sunflower oil, acidity regulator (citric acid), oregano, basil, garlic and basil purée (basil, sunflower oil and salt).

Raspberry and Strawberry: No allergens declared.

Important Allergen, Intolerance & Dietary Information
If you are booking or ordering food on behalf of a group, please make us aware of any food allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements before food is ordered, prepared or served.
Where available, we can provide Gluten Free and Vegan (dairy-free) cheese and tomato pizzas as alternatives. Please be aware, however, that these products may be stored, handled, prepared or served in an environment where other allergens are present.

Severe Allergies
If a guest has a severe or potentially life-threatening food allergy, we strongly recommend that suitable food is brought with you for that guest rather than relying on food prepared or supplied by Laser Quest.
You are welcome to keep this food with you so that it remains completely separate from our kitchen and food preparation areas.
If you ask our staff to store, handle, prepare or serve food that you have brought with you, we will take reasonable care to keep it separate from other food. However, because our kitchen handles a range of allergens, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
For this reason, where there is a serious allergy, the safest option is for the guest’s food to remain with the parent, guardian or responsible person and not to be handled or prepared by Laser Quest staff.
Please Tell Us Before Food Is Served
It is important that allergies and intolerances are brought to our attention before any food is ordered or served. Please do not assume that our staff are already aware of a guest’s requirements because they have been mentioned elsewhere during the booking process.
If you are unsure about the ingredients or allergens contained within any food we provide, please speak to a member of staff before the food is consumed.
We will always do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that any food prepared, stored or served within our premises will be completely free from traces of allergens.
